The service offered was amazing! Loved how the double room with spacious bathroom was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and complete with the best fresh juice and complementary tea, as example.

This place is conveniently located near top-rated restaurants, shops, and is centrally situated, offering cozy and clean accommodations with large bathrooms.

the service was excellent. my room included a mini refrigerator, mosquito nets, and excellent air conditioning.

Our stay at Luaya Beach was absolutely amazing! The room was impeccably clean, with a super comfy bed and hot water in the shower. The breakfast options were incredible, both the English and Sri Lankan breakfast were mind-blowingly delicious. We highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, location near the beach and local restaurants, and the fantastic service provided.

It was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, allowing easy access for a relaxing day by the sea. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony providing a lovely view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was also quite spacious, ensuring comfort and convenience during my stay. One highlight of my visit was the delicious breakfast, which included the best fresh juice I've ever had. It was a great value for money, with breakfast included in the room rate. The attention to detail and the friendly staff made my experience even better.

We had an excellent stay in this modern and clean hotel located just a short walk to the beach. the garden area was lovely with plenty of seating options. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with fast wifi and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. the staff was extremely friendly and provided great service. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, ensuring we had a good start to the day. There were even reasonably priced cocktails available on site.

It would be helpful if the hotel provided larger candles or rechargeable portable lights during blackouts, as the candles provided were not sufficient.

The hotel itself is in a peaceful area, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and a balcony with a view to the backside. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delightful, especially the fresh juice that was included.

Spent my Christmas at a new modern hotel, only 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The rooms were fantastic, very clean, with great air conditioning and a very cold fridge. The Sri Lankan breakfast is a must-try and it's served in a relaxing atmosphere with beanbags and tables in the gardens. the wonderful amenities, the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel at home. I also appreciated the free parking in front of the hotel and the fair room rates in comparison with other places in the area.
